300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training modules are designed for yoga teachers, practitioners and health care providers.  They are intended to build upon the Hatha Yoga foundation taught in Centered Spirit’s 200-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training and other certified training programs. Yoga Teachers certified in all traditions are welcome! Health Care professionals with a mature yoga practice may also participate in modules.

Centered Wellness and Yoga For Life offer teachers and students opportunities to expand their knowledge and understanding of Tantric Hatha Yoga in a convenient local setting. Our partnership with the Pranakriya School of Yogic Healing Arts includes advanced training in Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Pranayama, Asana and specialty topics.  Click on the link above for detailed information about the program offerings and certification requirements of this yoga school.

There are currently no training modules scheduled for 2017.

Please Note:  Five-day modules include the following approximate hours of instruction. Three-day modules run on the same schedule without the Monday and Tuesday sessions.

• Friday, 5:00-9:00 p.m.
• Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Additional 2017 dates will be announced as the year progresses! Modules may be taken as part of the certification process or for for individual educational purposes or Yoga Alliance CE credit.

Withdrawal Policy: Centered Wellness uses your registration information to make important decisions about hosting modules. Some modules also have minimum enrollment requirements or limits on participation. In order to be fair to the studio, teachers and other participants, no refunds or credits will be offered to “no shows” or to any registrant who withdraws from a module with less than seven (7) days written notice prior to the start of the module. Withdrawals made in writing more than seven (7) days before the module’s start will result in the issuance of a full refund (less a $25 administrative fee) within ten (10) business days of receipt of your written request, unless your registration was necessary to meet enrollment minimums. If your registration was paid via credit card, a 2.5% charge to cover transaction costs will also be deducted from the refund.  Please notify us via email — karen@yogaforlifecharlotte.com — if cancellation becomes necessary.
