Yoga for Life Day of Meditation

Yoga for Life hopes to commit to having at least one member of our community virtually meditating/praying for the highest good of our city, state and nation on Election Day — November 3rd, from 6:30 a.m. through 7:30 p.m. We are establishing twenty-six (26) segments (30 minutes each) to organize the meditation time. In advance of November 3, you will receive a reminder of your commitment, a Zoom Meeting ID/Password for your log in and any additional instructions that might be helpful. You need not do anything other than sit in stillness as part of the Yoga for Life community’s committed focus on the health and welfare of our city, state and nation.

In times of uncertainty and challenge, meditation, breath work and mindful movement practices take on increasing importance — as does community — so Yoga for Life will continue to do its very best to be here for you. Although we’ve closed the FreeMoreWest studio, we are continuing Online Classes indefinitely using Zoom. We hope you received Yoga for Life’s email on Saturday, which provided information about our October Online Class Subscription program, instructions on how to access classes and a Q&A designed to make the whole virtual process as simple as possible.
