We love yoga!
But the safety of students and teachers is always our primary focus. If we feel the need to cancel a class in order to be safe, we will try to post a message here two hours before the class is scheduled to begin. If your class is not listed here, it will be held as scheduled.
Meditation is an important part of a balanced and healthy life. Centered Wellness offers two opportunities on Mondays to practice and hosts at least one meditation workshop each month.
Morning Meditation Class
This one-hour class includes instruction, a period of practice and an opportunity for feedback and discussion. The class is appropriate for students of all experience levels. [Please Note: Beginning March 3, the Meditation class previously offered on Wednesday at 8:15 will no longer take place.]
Evening Meditation Sit
This one-hour practice period includes a short talk on meditation and the Buddha’s teachings, a half-hour of silent practice and a time for discussion. It is appropriate for all levels of experience. New students are encouraged to arrive at 7:15 p.m. for individual instruction.
Friday nights are always fun at Yoga for Life! We mix things up a bit on the schedule, offering you a perfect opportunity to shed the tensions of the week and emerge ready for the weekend! Just show up at 6:00 p.m. We’ll make sure you have a great time!
