Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday (11/2) at 2:00 a.m. We know you’ll want to luxuriate in that extra weekend hour, but probably not in front of Yoga for Life’s building … al by yourself … with the door locked … and your mat in hand. So remember to set your clock back an hour before you go to bed on Saturday!

Meditation is an important part of a balanced and healthy life. Centered Wellness offers an opportunity every Monday to practice and hosts at least one meditation workshop each month.
Morning Meditation Class
