Yoga for Life is thrilled to sponsor a Yoga “Glamping” (Camping + Luxury Accommodations) Retreat this spring! You won’t have to board a plane or apply for a second mortgage or burn a week of PTO to enjoy this experience. Here are the important details:

Carolina River Ranch on the Little Tennessee River in Franklin, North Carolina
This location is a 4-hour drive from Charlotte in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains.
In addition to 12 Glamping Tents, Carolina River Ranch offers a 20’ x 40’ Yoga Tent, new deluxe bath house, outdoor kitchen, hot tub on the river, sweat lodge and easy access to offsite activities, including Hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains and Tubing/Kayaking on the Little Tennessee River. Our group will have exclusive access to the property, so you’ll have lots of space for fun and exploration – lots of privacy too!

Cost
Discounted Pricing Includes Accommodations, Food and Activities
from Friday Dinner through Monday Breakfast.
Transportation to/from Franklin is the responsibility of each participant.

Fridays Are Fabulous at Yoga for Life!

There’s always something a little different happening on Friday nights at Yoga for Life! Sometimes its a class or a workshop, occasionally a special gathering, but here’s what we have planned for April.  Use your regular Class Pass for these 75-minute classes that begin at 6:00 p.m.

  • March 30 – No Class (Good Friday)
  • April 6 – Slow Flow Yoga w/Michelle
  • April 13 – “5K on the Greenway” FREE Yoga Warm-up w/Karen (40-minute class @ 5:00 p.m. — No Deep Stretch Yoga @ 6:00 p.m.)
  • April 20 – Flow Into Yin w/Maureen
  • April 27 – Restorative Yoga w/Maria

Meditation Mondays

Meditation is an important part of a balanced and healthy life.  Centered Wellness offers an opportunity every Monday to practice and hosts at least one meditation workshop each month.

Morning Meditation Class
9:45-10:45 a.m

This one-hour class includes instruction, a period of practice and an opportunity for feedback and discussion.  The class is appropriate for students of all experience levels.  Click on the “Meditation” tab above to learn more about our meditation workshops and retreats.
