Students, who are new to the practice of yoga or who have specific physical limitations, may benefit from one or more private lessons.  An experienced therapeutic yoga teacher can assist in developing a yoga practice that is perfectly suited to your individual needs!

All Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

  • One Session – $75 (previously $85)
  • Three-Session Package – $210 or $70/Session (previously $240 or $80/Session)
  • Five-Session Package – $325 or $65/Session (previously $375 or $75/Session)
